Senior Salesforce Account Executive
Senovo IT is looking for a skilled & motivated Salesforce sales professional for a fully remote opportunity in the US. The Role:
You will own and manage a complex sales process from inception to deal closing, selling our client's implementation solutions and consistently building and expanding our client's portfolio. Focus on greenfield accounts and bringing on board net new customer acquisition within named accounts in the US region. You will be highly motivated and dedicated, forging strong customer relationships, driving the adoption of their tools, generating new referrals, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and driving customer loyalty and renewals. Drive customer awareness, engagement, and adoption of our client's portfolio, product features, and services to maximize the adoption and realized value of their purchased solutions. This is very much an individual contributor role, so a hunter's mindset will be paramount. You will carry a quota for the platform sales to net new customers across the region.
Responsibilities:
· Develop an Account Plan for each account, then drive the execution of that plan to success
· Prospecting, building the pipeline and selling the Platform to net new enterprise accounts
· Engage with C-level executives to position the client's strategic value proposition and quarterback the deal to closure
· Provide pro-active, trusted thought leadership to target accounts
· Create and execute Field Sales Campaigns to create demand
· Develop and deliver best-in-class Executive Sales proposals to C-level prospects
· Forecasting accurately and maintain an accurate system of record in Salesforce.com
· Align overall value messaging targeted towards the chief economic buyer in target accounts.
· Build out an account penetration model that encourages multi-angle access to key accounts
Requirements:
· 5+ years of hands-on experience in software sales, knowledge of salesforce products
· Strong sales and business acumen and experience in managing complex sales cycles and demonstrated ownership of territory and account management
· Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter
· Demonstrable track record of consistent achievement of quotas and revenue goals
· Strong executive presence – very comfortable with C-level executives
· Expertise in managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing large deals
· Ability to prospect within greenfield accounts
· Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
· Proactive, autonomous, and efficient. You are Data-driven and a Team Player.
