This goes back to what was stated in the previous paragraph. You have to be open to sharing the struggles, the good, the bad and the dirty. These are the things that are gonna attract the right group of people to your company. If a person doesn't know who you are and what you've been through to obtain your company, or they don't know your company vision or background it will be very hard for them to deliver the quality of work you need or even understand what you need.It will also be hard for them to spend money on your product because again they need to know and trust you. If you are transparent about yourself and your company the person who has been through similar circumstances or has similar interests will show up. However if you aren't open about these things you may attract someone who is not the right fit for the team and you want someone who can be on the team for the Long haul.
