Core Focus Areas

• Automation Engineering – Applying structured engineering approaches to automate workflows and processes, ensuring reliability, scalability, and ease of maintenance.

• Artificial Intelligence (AI) – Using AI concepts and methods to design and implement intelligent solutions that learn from data and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business process automations and AI-enabled solutions.

• Build end-to-end automation workflows using scripts, process automation tools, workflow orchestration, feature requests, AI agents, and agentic AI frameworks.

• Analyse business processes and identify practical, high-impact automation opportunities.

• Develop integrations between internal and external systems using APIs and middleware platforms.

• Design and implement ETL pipelines and data processing solutions.

• Build AI-powered assistants, copilots, and intelligent agents leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Improve operational efficiency through automation, monitoring, and process optimisation.

• Ensure solution quality, scalability, maintainability, and adherence to security best practices.
