Data Governance Specialist – Warsaw (Contract)

Our client is seeking a Data Governance Specialist to join our client’s team in Warsaw on a contract basis. This is an opportunity to work at the heart of their data landscape, helping ensure that data is managed, understood and used effectively across the organisation. You will play a key role in shaping how data is governed, controlled and leveraged to support strategic decision-making.

Key Skills (Data & Analytics)

• Data & Analytics:
  Ability to work with data to support reporting, analysis and insight generation, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information used across the business.
• Data Governance Understanding:
  Familiarity with defining and applying data policies, standards and processes to maintain high data quality and compliance.
• Data Stewardship Support:
  Supporting data owners and stewards in documenting data definitions, lineage and usage to create a common understanding of critical data.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  Working closely with business and technical stakeholders to align data requirements, resolve issues and promote governance best practices.
• Analytical Mindset:
  Using structured thinking to identify data issues, propose improvements and contribute to more reliable analytics and reporting.
