Power BI Analyst

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Power BI Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI development, data modeling, and dashboard creation, with a solid understanding of business processes and stakeholder engagement. Experience in business analysis will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities
– Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
– Translate business requirements into data models, visualizations, and actionable insights.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
– Optimize Power BI performance through DAX, data modeling, and query tuning.
– Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and datasets.
– Document report logic, data sources, and business rules for transparency and reuse.

Required Skills & Experience
– 3–5 years of experience in Power BI development and data visualization.
– Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
– Experience working with DataBricks, SQL Database

– Able to use DAX Studio, ALM Toolkits, Git
– Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
– Familiarity with ETL processes and data transformation techniques.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
– Exposure to Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
