Neil Owen

As Chief Commercial Officer, Neil leads our go-to-market strategy across the business, and is responsible for ensuring Senovo IT delivers outstanding outcomes for our clients and candidates while building great careers for our team. Neil started his career with a globally recognised Finance brand where he proved himself as an outstanding recruiter while taking on increasing levels of responsibility. In 2015 Neil pivoted from Finance to Technology where he has enjoyed building talent dense teams from the ground up. With experience across Search, Permanent, Consulting, SOW and embedded solutions, Neil brings a wealth of experience in delivering solutions to both enterprise and high growth businesses. Before his career in recruitment Neil represented Team GB as a sprint hurdler. Outside of work he enjoys travel, great food and fine wine alongside watching his children in their own sporting exploits.
